Mission/Purpose
The Homeowner Associations of Alachua County was founded to bring together homeowner associations and neighborhoods for the purpose of improving home ownership and improving the neighborhoods we live within.

- Share common experiences/problems and share successful solutions
- Convey homeowner interests to developers to improve future developments/ neighborhoods
- Improve the organization and communications within neighborhoods
- Ensure service providers understand the needs of each neighborhood
- Ensure association funds are used most effectively and efficiently
Leadership
The Homeowner Associations of Alachua County receives its guidance from an Advisory Board composed of association officers, board members, and homeowners like you. The Advisory Board’s primary role is to identify, prioritize, and recommend what issues and/or concerns the HAACI should focus its efforts on.
The leadership team of the Homeowner Associations of Alachua County has over 50 years of experience in Property management, Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Information Technologies.
