Membership Benefits
As a member of the Homeowner Associations of Alachua County, your association receives the following benefits:
- Free community web site
- A section of the web site will be for public viewing. This section will provide potential new owners an opportunity to learn more about your community
- A member section that can only be viewed by people in your community
- The member section of the web site will contain Meeting Minutes, Articles of Incorporation, Restrictive Covenants,
- Free advertising of homes for sale
- Free advertising of yard sales
- Annual Financial and Business Review
- The Homeowners Association of Alachua County staff will conduct an annual review of your association’s financial situation and business practices. This includes making sure your association has sufficient reserves to cover major repairs in the future, association funds are being properly managed, and all good business practices are being implemented.
- Quarterly Newsletters containing valuable information to assist you and operating your association
- Free email for each Board Member so that you can keep in touch with one another
